HomeShield™ is our structured roof maintenance and protection program designed to combat these conditions, extend the functional life of your roof, and prevent large out-of-pocket expenses when a storm hits.
The plan includes two annual visits, priority storm response, and an annual warranty extension, all for one flat rate.
Why November?
Summer heat has taken its toll — sealants have expanded and contracted, UV stress has hit flashings and pipe jacks, and debris has started to build.
What We Do
- Inspect & reseal weak spots
- Address fastener back-out
- Replace worn vents or pipe jacks
- Clear debris, gutters, and buildup
- Trim roof-threatening limbs
- Document current roof condition
Why February?
Winter wind has tested the system, seal points may have shifted, and Texas spring hail season is just weeks away. This is your last line of defense.

- Confirm pre-storm readiness
